Banff

The Village of Banff...is delightful! Wintertime in Banff offers something for everyone. The snow covered mountains surround the town and its many shops, restaurants, beautiful hotels and cozy lodges. A great place to be after a day outdoors for a little après ski! Our hotel choices put you close to town and just a short ride to Sunshine Village & Mt. Norquay.

Lake Louise

Nothing is as romantic as a winter visit to Lake Louise...as you travel to Lake Louise, all you can see are snow laden pine trees and suddenly, you are there! The popular Lake Louise Ski area provides just the right slopes for all levels of skiers, with 4200 Acres of wide open trails and thousands of acres of open bowls, just minutes from the Lake Louise Hotels. You can cross country ski on Lake Louise for a close up look at the Victoria Glacier, skate under a life size ice castle or gaze at a star filled sky from the cozy warmth of a horse drawn sleigh.

Tour Itinerary - 5 Days & 4 Nights

Day 1 - Arrival Calgary/Banff or Lake Louise

Welcome to Calgary and the Canadian Rockies. Enclosed with your travel documents is a voucher for your transfer from Calgary to Banff/Lake Louise. Please refer to this voucher for details of where to meet your driver. As you leave Calgary, you travel through the foothills of the Canadian Rockies. Covered with snow, Banff and Lake Louise is a picture postcard of the Canadian Rockies. The area is rich in the history of the springs and the story of how Banff has developed from a railroad stop to one of the best-known resorts in the world. The drive from to Lake Louise offers a winter landscaped, hushed and remote. Suddenly, surrounded by snow-laden trees, is the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, a shimmering winter palace. The beauty of the frozen lake and the Victoria Glacier on the opposite side of the lake are dramatic

Days 2, 3 & 4 - Ski Banff and Lake Louise

The skiing and snowboarding in Banff and Lake Louise just get better and better, with new runs and faster lifts. With hundreds of kilometers of marked trails – from beginner to expert – spread over three world class ski resorts, the truly dedicated could take an entire winter to entirely explore the vast terrain.

We make it easy with the interchangeable lift tickets that can be used at Mt. Norquay, Lake Louise and Sunshine Village. Plus the shuttle service that operates throughout the day from Banff to all 3 ski areas, all you have to worry about is getting on to the slopes!
There is plenty to do in Banff and Lake Louise for those that chose not to ski! The activity list is endless…try dog sledding, snow mobiling, Ice canyon walks, cross country skiing or check out the spa at the Banff Springs or the Chateau Lake Louise for a day of pampering. End your day snuggling under a blanket on a horse drawn sleigh ride along Lake Louise!
Day 5 - Banff/Lake Louise / Calgary / Home

It’s time to bid farewell to the beautiful Canadian Rockies, with a promise to return for a totally different experience during a different season. Transportation from Banff to the Calgary Airport has been arranged

The Deer Lodge

The Deer Lodge is a short walk from the magnificent Chateau Lake Louise and is ideal for guests looking for a peaceful and relaxing retreat. The original structure of the lodge was built in 1921 as a log tea house and over the years has become a unique inn, not only known for the breathtaking scenery but also for its excellent cuisine and attentive staff.
