many things to do and see. We suggest a morning drive along Nova Scotia’s
Lighthouse route, skirting the scenic South Coast. Visit beautiful
Mahone Bay,
Lunenberg and
Peggys’ Cove.
This afternoon return to Halifax and visit the beautifully restored harbor
area.

Halifax to Cape Breton
Today as you
travel to beautiful
Cape Breton,
the wind may carry a Celtic tune. Plan a stop at the
Alexander Graham Bell Park in Baddeck. Watch for bald eagles
along the Bras d’Or Lakes.

Prince Edward Island at Leisure
Prince Edward
Island has wonderful beaches. The north shore is warmed by the water of
the Gulf of St. Lawrence and boasts 60-foot dunes. The south shore has
red sand and calm waters, perfect for swimming or paddling. The island is
also the birthplace of the Confederation and visitors can enjoy
Province House, the site of the first discussions leading to
the formation of Canada.
